Every shipment is prepared according to international export standards to ensure your products arrive in excellent condition.

Packaging Options

We offer flexible packaging solutions to meet the needs of coffee roasters, wholesalers, distributors, and private label customers.

Green Coffee Beans

  • 60 kg natural jute bags

  • 69 kg natural jute bags

  • Vacuum packaging available for selected products

Roasted Coffee

Quality Protection

Worldwide Delivery

Java Hooglanden Coffee supplies customers worldwide through reliable international logistics partners.

We can arrange shipments under commonly used Incoterms®, including:

  • EXW (Ex Works)

  • FOB (Free On Board)

Other Incoterms may be available upon mutual agreement.

Export Documentation

To support smooth customs clearance, we provide export documentation as required for the destination market, including:

  • Commercial Invoice

  • Packing List

  • Bill of Lading (B/L)

  • Certificate of Origin (COO), when applicable

  • Phytosanitary Certificate, when required

  • Fumigation Certificate, if requested or required

  • Other export documents based on buyer and destination country requirements

Lead Time

Production and shipping schedules vary depending on product type, order quantity, and destination.

Typical lead times:

  • Sample orders: 5–10 business days

  • Standard export orders: 2–4 weeks after order confirmation

  • Large-volume or customized orders: Subject to production schedule

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country, shipping route, customs procedures, and carrier schedules.
